Rates are competitive, charges and billing are tailored to each Client to ensure we deliver best value. Residential Management Company and private Clients will be pleased to note that from 1 January 2011 we will no longer charge Vat.
A typical cost for a full report on a medium size apartment building including: survey, audit, risk analysis, strategy, outline specifications and budgets would be around £1100. On projects above £30 000 we often work on a simple percentage basis.

We have key account fee arrangements in place for regular work with managing agents and landlords, where fee structures are tailored for individual clients requirements and discounted. We are keen to maintain and develop these partnerships and always welcome the opportunity to develop new long term business relationships.
If you are from a Residential Management Company you may wish to check with your Managing Agent to see if there are key account arrangements already in place. And of course, we will be VAT free for January 2011!
