Rates are competitive, charges and billing are tailored to each Client to ensure we deliver best value. Residential Management Company and private. A typical cost for a full report on a medium size apartment building or commercial premises including: survey, audit, risk analysis, strategy, outline specifications and budgets would be around £1995 Plus VAT. On projects above £50 000 we often work on a competitive, simple percentage basis.
